专利说明:

[1] The present invention relates generally to surface sampling devices.
[2] It is possible to use adhesive plastics for surface sampling comprising a protective sheet to be deposited before the plaster is fixed to a surface.
[3] A disadvantage of the prior art is that difficulties arise when attempting to remove the protective sheet having the adhesive patch to expose the adhesive surface of the adhesive patch prior to use. It is often a time-consuming and cumbersome procedure that Ors annu responds to the person carrying out the task wearing protective gloves, as is often the case. Furthermore, this procedure increases the risk of undesired contact with the adhesive surface having the adhesive patch, leaving dirt on the adhesive surface as well as undesired deposition of adhesive, thereby reducing the adhesive shape of the device. Certain requirements are next met according to a test described in the relevant ISO standard in this technical field with respect to withstand the increased pressure resulting in filling the sampling space without leakage. As a result, the adhesive patch may be black to use under certain conditions or on certain surfaces and shapes of surfaces, as the adhesive patch may fall off or allow air or dirt to enter the outside, causing contamination of the sampling space.
[4] Many tests or tests are performed in industrial environments such as in the shipbuilding industry, whereby the surfaces to be analyzed are black and dangerous to reach, for example vertical ship sides or cradles or roofs in ballast tanks or standing on unsafe scaffolding or ladders where there is a risk of falling . In order to reduce the risk, an operator needs to focus on securing the working position in a way that prevents a fall, for example by holding on to suitable lamps. Furthermore, the work related to surface sampling can be done in areas with very 68001 2 limited lighting conditions. All the additional unwanted time and extra focus required to prepare the adhesive patch generated by depositing the protective sheet increases the exposure to this risk.
[5] Another disadvantage of using adhesive plastics according to the prior art is the risk of contaminating the sampling dilution or voile with unwanted / foreign contaminants unrelated to the surface to be sampled, as a result of existing methods of manually removing the filling device Than sampling volume. This risk is particularly high in environments where these adhesive plastics are commonly used for sampling, i.e. in industrial environments that may be dusty or filled with residues Than blasting sand previously used on a surface to be painted whose cleanliness is tested using the pre-grinding sample. This can result in incorrect sampling.
[6] An object of the present invention is to create a device for surface sampling which is simpler, less time consuming and therefore both more economical and safer to use.
[7] Another object of the present invention is to create a surface sampling device in which the device more reliably adheres to a given surface.

Before using the device 1, the filling device 2b can be removed from the sampling volume 2a, which creates a recess in the surface portion 2c. According to one embodiment, the filling device 2b is a cut-out of the material 2a. According to one embodiment, the cut-out of the material is created during the manufacture of the device 1 in a punching process step. According to one embodiment, the filling device 2b is another material compared to the material layer 2. According to one embodiment, the filling device has a round or circular shape. According to one embodiment, the corresponding sampling area of the sampling volume 2a is 12.5 cm 2. According to one embodiment, the sampling volume has a depth of 1-2 nm. According to one embodiment, the filling device 2b may have different shapes, appearances and dimensions to suit different needs. The filling device 2b can, for example, be circular, rectangular, elliptical, etc.

According to the embodiment in Fig. 2 the gripping device 3 is a thin tract. According to one embodiment, the thin line consists of a fishing line. According to one embodiment, the thin thread consists of nylon, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF, and called fluorocarbon), polyethylene, Dacron and Dyneema (UHMWPE). The most common type is monofilament yarn, made from a single strand. Fig. 3 'shows the invention according to Fig. 3 where the inner feed of the device 1 and the line 6 are shown.
[43] Figures 4-4 'show a device 1 for surface sampling according to Fig. 1 in addition to the portion 3a. Fig. 4 further shows a device 1 in which a gripping device 6 is arranged between the protective layer 3 and the material layer 2 comprising a portion 6a which extends beyond the boundary of the surface portion 2c to facilitate a deposition of the protective layer 3 from the material layer 2. According to the embodiment in Fig. 4, the gripping device 6 is a flat elongate sheet device comprising a silicone-treated portion 6a, B. According to one embodiment, the entire gripping device 6 is silicone-treated. Furthermore, the gripping device 6 comprises a pad 6b, A, not treated 68001 under silicone, where at least a portion of the silicone-treated portion 6a extends beyond the boundary of the material 2. The untreated portion of the gripping device 6 is fixed to the filling device 2b of the material by therefore, when a user pulls the portion of the gripping device 6, the protective layer 3 will be removed to expose the adhesive before attaching the device for sampling, and at the same time remove the filling device 2b from the sampling volume 2a. Thereby no direct contact is required Than a human with the filling or sampling volume 2a during deposition of the filling device 2b which reduces the risk of contaminating the sampling volume 2a. Fig. 4 'shows the invention according to Fig. 4 where the inner feed of the device 1 and the gripping device 6 are shown.
[44] Figs. 5-5 'show a similar device 1 as shown in Figs. 4-4', however, this device 1 comprises an elongate gripping device 6 comprising two pawls 6a which extend beyond the boundary of the surface portion 2c, on a corresponding side of the device 1 / surface portion 2c, i.e. on two sides of the device 1 / surface portion 2c or, in the case of a rounded or circular device 1, at two positions of the device 1 / surface portion 2c. According to Fig. 5 ', the gripping device 6 comprises a central portion 6b fixed to the filling device 2b of the material by means of the adhesive 4. Fig. 5' shows the invention according to Fig. 5 where the inner feed of the device 1 and the gripping device are shown.
[45] Fig. 6 shows a device 1 similar to that of Fig. 5 where the entire gripping device 6 is silicone treated. The embodiment of Fig. 6 would have a similar appearance to Fig. 5 in a closed condition, i.e. do not show the inside of the device 1.
[46] According to one embodiment, the gripping device 6 is made of a similar or the same material as the protective layer 3.
[47] Use of the surface sampling device 1 can be performed according to the following steps. A user is looking for a suitable surface on which the test can be performed. 68001 13 For example, the surface can be horizontal, vertical, inclined or slightly concave. The user removes the protective layer 3 by gripping the portion 3a or the gripping device 5, 6 and pulling off the Than material layer 2. According to one embodiment, the filling device is thereby automatically removed from the sampling volume 2a. In other embodiments, the filling device 2b is removed manually / manually. The device 1 is then pressed with the exposed surface portion 2c having adhesive on a selected test surface. The device 1 is fixed to the surface by pressing firmly with the fingertips on the device 1. A syringe (now shown) is then filled with approximately 1-2 ml of washing / extraction liquid consisting of the final analysis to be performed. The washing / extraction liquid is then injected into the sampling volume 2a by piercing the syringe needle through the body of the device 1 into the sampling volume 2a of the device 1 and injecting the contents of the syringe. If necessary, the squeegee can be bent to obtain a suitable angle. Then a part of the liquid is sucked out of the sampling volume 2a and re-inserted into the sampling volume 2a while the squeegee is inserted. This produces turbulence that improves the dissolution of pollutants, particles and substances. This can be repeated a number of times or alternatively the device can be carefully rubbed especially when the sample is bonded in a thick layer of impurities. Finally, as much as possible of the contents of the sampling volume is sucked out and retrieved and transferred to a cylinder (not shown) for further analysis. For even higher accuracy, the injection and turbulence generating parts can be performed repeatedly.
